Phil T Clift

Born 24th February 1872 in Bettws Newydd, Monmouthshire.

Phillip Thomas Clift was a photographer and picture frame maker who lived in Usk.

Produced a set of photographs in 1925 for the book commemorating the opening of The Kate Ayres Gustard Convalescent Home.
